This website is operated by Snootzoo ("Snootzoo," "we," "us" or "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to the policies they refer to, including our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look different on different screens, and minor variations in packaging or appearance can happen. If a product isn't as described, please see our Refund Policy.

Prices and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Products may become unavailable. If a product is priced or described incorrectly, or becomes unavailable after you order, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount you paid. We'll let you know by email if this happens.

Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't verify payment, and we'll refund any amount charged for a cancelled order. Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Shipping times, the areas we ship to, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

Using the store

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false, abusive or infringing content.

Intellectual property

The store's content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Snootzoo or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to third-party services (such as payment, shipping and tracking providers). We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services, which have their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund Policy or as required by law, the store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snootzoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Snootzoo harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the store, to the extent permitted by law.
